It was formed by Richard & Andrew Aaronson in 1995 to develop residential and mixed-use projects. Operations
The company operates with a headquarters office in Atlanta, Georgia and a Midwest development office in Chicago, Illinois. Atlantic Realty Partners is focused on developing luxury apartment communities and for-sale condominiums and townhouses. It has 50 full-time employees engaged in property management, sales and leasing, construction, and development activities in the Southeast and the Midwest. The Atlanta office is responsible for all payroll, accounting, finance, and management supervision. Its operations are supported by integrated property management, accounting, and payroll software systems. Individual projects/ communities provide on-site management, marketing, leasing, and sales.

Development and Construction
Atlantic Realty pursues a dual strategy in housing development: 1) develop and manage a portfolio of luxury apartment communities branded as "The Reserve" and 2) provide superior entry-level townhomes and condominiums, many within larger mixed-use communities.

The firm has recently formed Richard Aaronson Signature Homes, an in-house construction division. It continues to use repeat relationships with 3rd-party General Contractors for some building activities. It co-invests with a diverse group of private and institutional sources for its financing requirements.
